I would contact Allison. They most likely will tell you to go to a service center but just may give you some trouble shooting items if you reply that you are unable to get there.

I have contacted them several times and so far they have been helpful.

I would be curious to see if the fuses burned out when shifting in to reverse but that would be a waste of fuses.

Be careful of any "help" Alison might give you!

What Allison did for, (to?), me when I had my 1st "Do Not Shift " problem was send me to Detroit Diesel in Bloomington MN...(my CoachNet ERS paid the $250 tow).
4 days and $1,500.00 dollars later, (reduced from the original $2,400.00 which I flatly refused to pay)... Detroit Diesel sent me on my way with a properly shifting transmission, (which they repaired using 25 feet of new 14 ga. wire and 25 hours of "diagnostic labor").

Good thing is I am not in a hurry or stuck on the side of the road. Luckily this happened at family's. Thanks for the great advice to all and I will update once I find something. Or if I can't find something!
