Blue Moon Service any feedback 2B Given?

I am having a problem with the dash a/c on our Pacifica. The manufacture of the dash a/c unit list as a warranty provider Blue Moon RV Service in Carrollton, TX.
Figured since I was taking it in for the dash a/c service I may have them check a few other items that are not warranty covered items.
Does anyone have any feedback...Good, Bad or Indifferent to share on Blue Moon RV Service that you care to share?
Thanks in advance,

Have no personal experience with Blue Moon, but my brother-in-law who lives in Richardson, TX, has used Blue Moon for certain items on his Newell and has spoken highly of them.

BlueMoon has worked on my RV several times since the Forest River dealer I purchased from went under. They are also 1 mile from where I store my rig. The work on the fridge (recall) and awnings was excellent and reasonably priced. Jeff (service manager) will work with you on schedules and I have had Rodney do a pre-purchase inspection on a DP we wanted to purchase.

They are great people to work with. I can not say how well they do on dash A/C units since I would be taking my rig to Ford for that (E450), but if I were in you position I would not hesitate to give them a try. I co-hosted a rally and asked Rodney Simmons, president of Blue Moon, to come and give two seminars on RV maintenance. He is a very nice guy and an expert on RV repair. I would not hesitate on using them for repairs.

We dropped off our Pacifica with Rodney Saturday morning. They are not open on Saturday, but he made arrangements to meet up and write up a service order. Rodney seems like a top notch kind of guy, he made me feel very comfortable in working together to solve the issues we are wanting to have repaired.
I will post a follow up once we get the coach back,
