Mine had been fixed by Safelite before we purchased the rig. I ended up having to replace both windshields due to "repaired" areas spreading a few feet
(and have them removed/installed twice) to get them to seal properly.
My insurance company, the MH mfr. and "Tracy" at Duncan Systems were gracious and prompt in helping resolve this issue.
BTW, all the "repairs" do is buy you a bit more time before replacement is required. With all of the flexing these coaches do and the small contact areas for the glass to bond to, you have a real problem if you get any stars or cracks.
I have heard of poeple applying some optically true clear impact resistant material similar to Diamond Shield but I haven't been able to find it...yet.
