My Brake Buddy started leaking air and would not hold pressure. I took it apart and found air leaking from the pressure regulator that is used to set the pressure applied to the brake pedal.

I sent a request for help to Brake Buddy Technical Support, and Mark sent me a detailed fix for the problem. A small rubber pad had come loose. I took the regulator apart as he instructed, found the rubber pad and fixed the problem. I had to call him regarding reassembly, and he helped me over the phone. He even gave me his extension number to get directly to him rather than drill through a menu. That's service.

The unit is now reassembled and ready to go.

Service like this should be noted for all of us. It certainly will make me a repeat customer!!!

Thanks Brake Buddy and Mark.
