Hi again, I have another problem, our tailpipe from the generator broke. The piece that broke is 1" where it connects to muffler, then it goes to about 1 1/2". I have been to 2 muffler shops, both said they don't use 1" pipe. I called Onan Cummins and they said it was not there pipe, no replacement part. They told me to call Camping World, which I did and they don't have it, and could not tell me anywhere else to try. Anyone out there had this problem so you can tell me what to do. I have a trip coming up in 2 weeks and really need a pipe for safety sake against fumes.

So why not drive your motorhome to a muffler shop and have them cut, bend, weld and install a new 1 1/2" pipe.

I had a break on the exhaust elbow[Onan 7500],and took it to a welding shop--the repair was holding after 7 years.

Try Mike's Garage Sale, he seems to have a bunch of older Onan stuff.
