Bucket list in the trash

Our "Bucket List" began BIG but medical has forced us to apply the brakes for the last time.
Rita fell out of the HR backwards about a year ago and has been going down hill since.
We have bought a lot in Port Susan Camping Club, in Washington and Parked our new to us 2006, after only 9,000 miles.
Not sure what the future will bring but still trying to look ahead and praying for healing.
Thanks to all who during the last year have made our journey fun.
Larry & Rita

bucket list

I am sorry to hear about your BH not progressing very well, but by the way you are saying, you have a positive attitude and that is what is needed at this time. GOD speed to you and yours and hope you will get those wheels-a-turnin.

My "Bucket" list is actually kind of short.. I mean I had a much longer one at one time, But I've been to Cape Cod (Province town no less, farter east in the Contential 48 is hard to do) and I've been ot Los Angles (on the west side) and many places in between..... I've been to Disney World and Canada.

I basically have just two things left on the list..

1: Holding and spoiling grandchild (Children) which I'll start doing long about July if my daughter is giving me good info.

And the other one, if course, I wish to put off as long as possible (kicking the bucket).. That one I'd really rather not do but alas.. 'tis reauired of all of us.

Meanwhile.. Father's homily this Sunday was about how more and more people are living by the rule of "If it feels good do it" or "If you want to do it" without thinking about what is wrong or right... So people do things that are very inappropriate.

I told him after Mass that he left me conflicted.. You see, the reason I sang 4 masses this week, 2 Mass of Resurrection (Funeral masses) even though I did not know the deceased in either case) and 2 Sunday Masses is because I LIKE to sing, and I epically like singing God's praises as part of the choir.

So I'm doing what I want when I add my voice to the choir.

He told me that was OK, IT is always appropriate to sing God's Praises.
Home is where I park it!

We know not how long we have on this earth. I had a heart attack while working on our teardrop the Friday after Easter last year, and died on the table. I woke up with burns on my chest where they shocked me nine times. Live and love the time you have together.

My bucket list is a tough one actually. I am hoping for a period of time when we have no school shootings, no gangs, no wars, getting back to the practice of good manners, have fun with everyone. Pretty tough, but it is not impossible.
