Buying a 2006 Fleetwood jamboree 23E

Need some help & advise
A dealer in Grass Valley Ca is selling this MH & it looks pretty good to me but as we all know looks can be deceiving
I asked for some service records on the Ford chassis but so far nothing
I did a VIN history check & the report shows for the first few years after this vehicle was manufactured it was used as a delivery truck with a Econovan bed up until the odometer had a reading of 13674 miles
At that point I don't know what occurred except I know Fleetwood was in bankruptcy & bought out by some other co
Apparently they purchased this Ford chassis & installed the Jamboree MH bed
I'm more concerned about the Ford chassis then I am about the MH it self as the MH appears to be in great shape
Since the chassis was used for 13000+ miles as a delivery vehicle I'm concerned
Any advise would be appreciated

I don't think that FW would have built an RV on a used chassis. This might be a mistake on your Vin search.

If you used the correct VIN #, I would be careful of a switched VIN. There is never a good reason to do that.
