Cabinet organization

We have an Itasca Sunstar 30T.
It has 2 very deep cabinets next to the refrig, more than 30 " deep.
This results in a lot of wasted space in the back dark recesses of these cabinets. I can't even reach all the way to the back, I have to use an extendable grabber. And of course everything slides to the back!

How have others solved this problem?

If you have installed some sort of permanent modification, pictures would be helpful
Thanks
Linda

You may want to measure and see if one of these would work in that area
Shop Pull Out Cabinet Baskets at Lowes.com

Here is a link to their direct site so you can see what other things they have that might fit there. We took out our washer/dryer combo and used 2 double pull out selves for storage. Lowe's, Home Depot, etc all should carry them or things like it.

Here is link to post that shows how one person added sliding shelves to his. Planning on doing this to mine. Just be sure to check all the measurements as mine were slightly different.

Scroll down til you see the drawing of the shelves.

We have a 2014 Winnebago forza 38r with the same problem. Cabinets are deep about 30 inches and only about 7 inches wide. I ended up storing things in the top upper cabinet that I did not use daily like extra paper towels, etc. The lower bottom cabinet some small appliances. For the other shelves, I went to Bed , bath & beyond and bought two bamboo trays, one 12 inches long and the other 15 inches long for each of the other shelves. Both about 6 inches wide. I put the longest one in the back of the cabinet and the shorter one in the front. A simple, easy, quick fix that was not too expensive. I can simply pull the trays out and see what I have stored in them. They seem to slide in and out pretty well on the lining in the cabinet. Still some wasted space but not as much as before. Lighting is bad in the back of the cabinet too. I just keep a light in the cabinet that you can turn on/off when needed....you could use a small flashlight. I like the bamboo tray as opposed to one of the clear plastic bins because the insides were more squared off instead of rounded and seemed to store things better. I keep mainly my canned goods in these trays..

Noticed on the 2015 forza 38r that they added slide out trays....only two behind each door. Lots of wasted space in my opinion. Sort of glad now that my 2014 did not have them.
