www.rvrenovators.com in Mesa can do it. They have an in house carpentry shop that can do just about any reno you could want. They're not cheap...but they are good.

Ditto http://rvrenovators.com/ in Mesa. They did a great job repairing a cabinet damaged when my MH was burglarized. The burglars ripped off a door and damaged the cabinet frame. RV Renovators replaced the entire frame and matched the stain to my other cabinets. The damaged/undamaged cabinets are side by side and I can't see any difference. Excellent work. As an added bonus I was able to stay in my MH in their yard at night with electric and water hookup. I left during the day and let them work, then came back at night. I stayed there three nights with no additional charge.

Thanks for the responses. RVRenovators sounds interesting but I have found that any company with RV in the name seems to be rather expensive. Not that I am above paying good money for a good job.
For information, I have found a small custom furniture shop that seems really good. They will build to my specifications and install. They don't normally do RV stuff so I have to be careful about size and weight, but the price seems reasonable for furniture that will be better than my RV came with! For those of you interested it is Uniquities in Glendale Az. This is not a recommendation yet as I am just in the ordering stage. I'll try to update when/if I pull the trigger.
