wow thats pretty good considering the weight and i engine size! About the same as i get with a lot less power. Just shows engine doesnt work as hard, and an experienced driver.regards

Here is an app I got for my iPad, been tracking every Fuel purchase d on our three vehicles. Time, and many purchases smooth out all the variables described above.

I do as others stated - ignore gen usage
I do use a spreadsheet to do the calcs and i've added a column with last three fill-ups / miles averaged.
The running avg takes out any minor variation due to more / less fill and varying road conditions.

I don't obsess over the numbers but it is useful to see if there is an unexpected decline. When driving my old gasser it gave me a clue when it was time to check the air filter and clean the mass air flow sensor.

I use an app on the phone called road trip. It allows you to put in multiple vehicles and gives statistics galore. If you don't fill up for a particular reason, hitting a button for not filled will average until the next fill up. Pay at the pump having to enter card multiple times, it has a built in calculator to total the gallons.

What I do is enter the fuel allotment for the generator under its heading and then enter the remainder for the coach. I use 1/2 gallon / hr for generator.
I have been using it for every fuel burning vehicle I own, except for the lawn mower.
