The primary concerns are the "Clampetts" look, and excessive noise. The former has been well covered. Noise is heavily skewed toward evening, i.e. people notice noise at night a great deal more than daytime. In RV parks, the a.m. coffee hour should remain quiet, and I'm pretty sure most places I hang out, happy hour (which starts ~4:00p.m.) best not be disturbed either!! Between those times, control noise and overt mess, pay the rent and don't be unsociable, and you could pretty much add a second story to that bus conversion.
Rules are to give the angry mob something to hang their hats on. Just don't aggravate the angry mob.
