Ordered one from amazon and got it in 2 days.

Wouldn't you know 2 weeks later when they apparently got it in they sent it.

goes back tomorrow.

I will buy somewhere else from now on since they don't listen or ignore you

I had a/c woes this summer and ended up buying from Dyersonline after getting the runaround from CW. Can't say enough about the excellent service from Dyers. They actually cared!

Camping world does suck. Ordered four Bilstein shocks for my 05 Tiffin Phaeton in July 14. Two fronts were sent to me sometime later with a note that rears were backordered from factory ( Germany). Had front installed. Months later, so called rear shocks came in. When I had time, I made appointment install them. This involved removing rear wheels. Shop called, wrong shocks. Called Camping world to return shocks, was told they could not take them back because the order was over 90 days . Ordered shocks from Super Steer in Oregon, very helpful. The told me what camping world sent were front shocks.

I stop at CW if there's something I immediately need and the local RV store doesn't have it. I've bought a lot of stuff from them this past year online and I am actually pleased with their delivery speed and prices (found a lot of bargains online). No complaints here on the retail side.

It is their service department that leaves much to be desired, IMHO.

X2

They had the best price on the steering stabilizer I bought. $20 cheaper than anywhere else.

Never used the service dept.
