Have you contacted Monroe Tech Support? Since you have a Monroe part number, maybe they have a cross reference or substitute?

Also, there appears to be some that might work listed on the Monroe Mounting and Length Charts, it might be worth your time to look one over.

Good luck, sometimes finding stuff like this can be a real challenge.

My Beaver has the same chasis your Safari has and I purchased my Bilsteins direct from Beaver parts and they were perfect fit and fantastic improvement over the original shocks. Give Safari parts a call!

Is your safari riding on the velvet ride? I have a set of front bilsteins for a 95 serengeti, # b461173 *7. I ran them for about a year then went to a dual shoch system with koni's, so I kept the bilsteins.

I gave you some bad information. When I got my dual shocks installed they must have put my shocks in a box for a p 30 chasis. My shocks are f4-b46-2092-m1 301-0200265

i bot the koni's they were the correct lenght
bilstirns were to short

bilsteins seemed stiffer but were 2'' short
and they did not have any longer the dealer lists safari as a air bag susp which must be 2''
shorter on shocks
koni worked with me to find correct size
