Captain Chair -- Lumbar Support Improvement

Just bought a used 40-foot diesel pusher. On the passenger captain's chair, the lumbar works yet does not get large enough to provide adequate lower back support. Is there a way to improve/enlarge the lumbar support? Can the lumbar system within the chair be replaced? The chair is by Flexsteel and has 6 electrical controlled adjustments.

I always just stick a pillow in my lumbar area.

If you can disassemble the seat back, you could slide in a piece of fitted foam, so that you start out with a thicker support before you inflate it.
