The car might be able to tow the 5er but can it stop? Not to mention the damage to the transmission front m excessive weight. I have seen a VW Beatle with a hitch in the roof.

One came to the park we stay at in Florida. It was a 60's Chrysler with a 440 engine and beefed up springs in the back. The fifth wheel was abought half the size as that one and seemed to pull it real good.
