BTW: For tough sealing applications - 3M 5200 Marine Sealer Adhesive. It even cures and bonds on wet sufaces - actually humidity and water set if off. Used it on our spa a number of times. Not for big jobs like roofs though.

This does not attract dirt/grime like Dicor or similar. No need to replace either. Very permanent but can be removed as any caulk.

Good luck,
Only similarities to NPC is it is a caulk. NPC is a much superior product.

I have used 3M 5200 many times in underwater marine applications. This is a very permanent caulk that must be ground off mechanically to remove. Would not advise unless you have a fiberglass roof and need a permanent repair. Extremely good product and expensive.
