I just noticed that half of ceiling lights dont work and no blown fuses or tripped breakers. These are the 12 inch or what ever floresent lights, every other works and every other is inop? Any clues on this problem?

The lights have all worked when first got the Elandan.

First I would check to be sure that you have not lost a ground. You can add a jumper wire to the frame just to test if they come up just add a ground. If the ground is ok then you have a bad connection for the feeder and you will have to find where that is by starting at the fixture closest to the fuse panel and verify that power is or is not present. Good luck and keep us posted as to the results.

When you say half do you mean one bulb within the fixture or the whole fixture?
A 1990 coach you may have dirty or coroded contact points on the bulbs themselves try cleaning the tips. Try swapping working bulbs with ones that don't work. "007"

I don't know if you mean one complete light comes on and the rest don't or if you just got your motormome so the one thing I can suggest is that on ours the ceiling light switch by the entrance door only controls one ceiling light by the entrance, to turn the rest on you have to use the switch in the galley.

Update= Just color me stupid I guess, switch at door controls one.
Switch in bathroom conrols another, all be that this one has the ballast out on it.
Power to all now and only one not working because of ballast, checked bulbs they are good.
Other two work off just rocker switch at fixture.

Need one new light fixture and more common sense!
