I just threw a Trik-L-Start from LSL Products and was done with the problem of a low chassis battery. I later found the broken wire that did not allow my battery to be charged when I'm on shore power. But, did not fix it. I'll stay with the Trik-L-Start. It's very popular with the IRV2 folks.

This will charge chassis battery from house battery. If the house battery is charging, so will the chassis battery. Similar to Trik-L-Start, just a little bit beefier.

Sounds like what I need. Thanks! My converter only charges the house batteries. I'm still going to find the draw and install that charger.

OK the Admiral does not charge the chassis batteries from the coach side in the box I call front run which on your coach is likely in the passenger side front compartment. On the board is the AUX start solenoid and the coach battery disconnect solenoid there should be a little circuit board labeled isolator relay with red black and blue wires. When the chassis battery reaches 13.6v it closes the aux start solenoid and charges the house battery. From memory most of them read charge voltage on the blue wire which should go to the unswitched side of the chassis section. One cheap trick we used to do was install a diode on the sense wire and power each side of the diode from each side of the aux start solenoid then which ever battery bank reached 13.6v would turn on the solenoid to charge the system. You can also buy a Bi Directional relay delay or BIRD relay and retrofit it to your coach but they were 200 bucks last time I installed one.
