Christmas present for me . . .
Okay I'm picking out a voltage booster for me. Whaddaya guys think, Hughes Autoformer, TRC 10175 or something else? I like the diagnostic lights on the TRC unit so I can see what's going on. Already have TRC 40250 in the coach. Would appreciate thoughts and comments.

I can't offer an opinion but I would like to know just why you believe you need one.

To be honest, part of it is me becoming a little paranoid in my old age, and the other part is spending the last two years running down electrical issues in my coach. It really has been just one thing after another, the latest being blower motors on both of my rooftop A/C's. What are the odds that both would go out simultaneously? Bad power sometime in it's past? I'm the second owner so I dunno.
I haven't had one trip yet, in over two years, where something electrical hasn't burped but I'm going to get the best of it yet. My generator got a new inverter board last summer and with this voltage booster I'm thinking that shorepower will be as good as I can get it too.
Bottom line, I'm hoping that quality power going in is going to cut down on my problems.

OK, thanks. I haven't had quite the bad luck you have "enjoyed" but every trip in my 8 years or 3-6000 mile summer trips has produced a bundle of $$ for repair services. And Part was covered by an aftermarket warranty. (Never had a claim turned down so my hat's off to the provider)

It ran out 4 years ago and for the life of me, I don't recall the name. They are based out of Denver and that is all I can recall. I know, I was in Sioux City, Iowa and needed generator repairs. The shop called for authorization and was told the policy was to run out the next day. But they covered the entire cost of the service (as they should have) with no argument.
