clean top of slideouts

we own a 2000 mountain aire dp w/2 slides-i want to clean the top of the slide outs but need to remove the awing toppers first--does anyonr know a quick good way to do this--thanks--doc tbh

Do not even try to remove your topper your just asking for more trouble.
Use a long handled brush with cleaner and when rinsing off do not force water by the rubber seals or your going to wet interior of coach.
Once top is dry use long handle floor applicator to wax if you want but is not necessary.
