Cleaning Ceramic Tile

I want to steam clean the ceramic tile in our 2008 Itasca Ellipse. My husband is afraid the steam will hurt the grout, he says it has a rubber grout in it. I don't want to do anything to harm it as the grout is still in excellant shape. Can anyone give me any advice on this?

I have ceramic tile in the motorhome and about 1,200 sq ft in the house. I use a sponge mop with Spic & Span and if the grout is dirty I clean it with a brush. I don't think I would want to steam clean it.

WE had the grout in our home steam cleaned and it did a great job----sparkling white----no damage. Floor counters shower stalls every thing.

We have Stanley Steamer clean our tile, grout, and carpets once a year. I'm imagine steam cleaning is what they do. It makes the tile look great, and hasn't ever hurt it!
