Cleaning mildew spots

I live on the humid south Texas coast where I keep my motorhome in my driveway. This year I have green mildew on the gel coat sides. This past fall I washed and waxed. A couple of days ago, after cleaning off the green mildew, it has left black spots on the gel coat and outside plastic refrigerator cover. How is the best way to clean these black spots from the gel coat and plastic? I have tried Simple Green with no results. It cleans the green mildew but not the after effects. I have thought about buffing with a mild abrasive but I am afraid of damaging the clear coat over the gel coat.

Next wash time, mix 2-3 oz bleach along with the soap into your 5G wash water bucket. I do that every time, it removes those pesky black spots from the plastic trim, and remove all mold/mildew from the awnings, and from the roof for that matter.

I had I guess mold, mildew on the north side of my plastic sided house. There is a product sold at Costco, two blue bottles, you put it in a fruit tree sprayer and spray it on. works on my house, shed, my son uses it on his deck. Great stuff
