I'm not sure I understand this thread and the conditions stated.

We bought our used MH here in Texas late last year. Went online and signed up for a 1yr. Premium Roadside Package. Then read on IRV2 right around Xmas time that Coach-Net was going to raise their rates $100 or more a year starting Jan. 1, 2017. So I went online and bought 3 more years at the older rate.

This thread is not about roadside assistance, it's about their extended warranty and tire coverage warranty which are not very good to begin with, so who cares how they sell those plans.

Wink Coach Net

I just renewed on-line with Coach Net for roadside service. No problem; no mention of renewing through RV dealer.

This thread is off the rails because the OP did not clearly state his difficulty in the initial post, but many responders didn't carefully read the post anyway- which is not uncommon. . And then it took until post #12 until he did clarify.

The fact is that CoachNet's Roadside Assistance is unchanged, still excellent, and broadly available on an unrestricted basis. CoachNet's service contracts were of questionable quality right from the start, received bad reviews, and AFAIK were always available only through dealers.

I purchased the extended warranty service contracts for 2 of my coachs' directly from Coach Net the last one being in 2014. When I was looking again in 2017 I was told I could no longer purchase from them it had to go thru a dealer.

Does anyone use FMCA for roadside assistance and if so how do you like it?
JFXZ, Looks like he stated roadside in the original post.
