Coach Net renewal options do not align with the new plans.

And there is not a mapping of old to new. There is a related FAQ but it does not help to answer the question. Basically it is worded to steer folks to the highest cost plan.

Renewal options are:

Gold
Platinum
Premier

New plan table:

Limited
Basic
Premier

From the new plan table I want BASIC. But unsure of what to select on the renewal to have same/similar coverages.

I know the new plans are explained on their web site. If you had last years plan , I suppose you could use that to compare or call them.

I called them a few months ago when it was time to renew our plan. I was told that we could retain the plan that we had under the "old" system, so that's what we did. Hopefully you can call back when they are open and get the lowdown.

I just had a call from Coach Net on response to an email query I made. Existing members can either move the new plans or keep the old. My current Basic vs my existing Gold would only cover the RV for towing and only the primary driver. Other vehicles and drivers in the household would not be included. So I stayed with the Gold plan.

Thanks all.
