I am searching for a source before i build one myself of a small cook top/grill and prep area that would slide out of the basement on guides.

i have seen them before but am having a dickens finding a source

A number of companies make small drop-in cook tops that would work fine. However, you would still need to fabricate the sliding mechanism to fulfill your design requirement. In addition, assuming that the cook top would operate on propane, you would need to use a flexible line that could handle the sliding movement. Here's one example of a company that sells these cook tops:

Storage bays vary so much in size and shape that I doubt if anybody builds a generic galley module for it. Buy a cooktop and design & build your own. Alternately, buy a module from a coach builder who offers it as an option. I've seen them in Fleetwoods, for example. Maybe one of theirs will suit your needs and fit in your coach.
