After fighting with National RV for 2 years, they finally sent 10 new doors to replace all our cracked doors on the 2001 SeaView we bought new. However, we had to have them painted at a cost of $3000. They assured us the formula had been changed and no more cracking would occur. Just 5 months later we have 2 cracked doors and expect all the others will slowly crack also. Their solution is to send more doors. Anyone else have experience dealing with this company over this issue. We love everything about our unit except this problem. Sure hate to have to trade our rig just to avoid more complications.

Chappie, I had 1 fiberglass door crack when the coach was about 1 year old. The crack was horizontal along the middle of the door. Where are all your cracks? That seems like a lot of cracked doors to me. National RV certainly knows that alot of their doors were developing cracks and they went to metal doors. The bigger problem National had is that the paint yellows at a different rate from the doors to the fiberglass sides of the coach. Hence the reason for full body paint below on the doors.
