Cummins recall
The article doesn't specifically say if RV's are affected...
https://www.yahoo.com/news/cummings-...--finance.html
...psst, Yahoo...it's Cummins, no "g".

Sounds like the same issue we had with our Ram trucks a year or so ago. I was getting a check engine light for high Nox, prior to the recall coming out. Dealer advised me it was a known issue, parts/recall in work and by the time I got back from my road trip they were ready to replace the scr converter

Maybe Cummins could get VW to retest them.

Based on the hysteria of the Kidde recall, I think we are gonna need a sticky.....

I think this is for the ECO diesel made by Fiat, not the Cummings.

From the article, A previous recall that is underway involves Cummins engines in around 232,000 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks made by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV.
I take that as being a recall that has already been announced and is being done now.
My read of Cummins Inc has agreed to recall about 500,000 medium- and heavy-duty trucks in the United States to correct a faulty emissions control system in the engines it made for the trucks, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said on Tuesday. is that the units that are subject are being recalled are being identified and preps for owner notifications are being made.
I don't think that Ram 2500 and 3500 would qualify as medium and heavy duty trucks.

I was hoping this was for the ISX 600 and 650 valve breaking problems!

On my 2013 RAM 2500, it was for the exhaust catalyst. Many of the factory units did not have one of the sensor tubes so was throwing a lot of codes and causing other exhaust and DEF issues. Once they put the right unit in, no more problems.
