Mobilemom I'm glad you got such a good deal, there are some out there with this economy. I did the same thing... good deal and did not check out everything as I should have and I think I also lucked out. I had to move quick or it would have been gone. Well O/P.. Thanks for letting me know I was of assistance.

To be honest.. Crossed wires was NOT on the list of things I suspected

But a bad switch was and the procedure for testing is the same either way

I migh add.. On my power gear slide the shear pins are quarter inch bolts

And....... I buy 'em by the dozen
