Dash Lights (Safari Trek)

I have been working on my FIL (father-in-laws) MH for several days trying to get it back in order (Christmas vacation). Replaced coach batteries and also house batteries and a few other small things. There are a couple of problems that are very annoying. I need your help with. There are no dash/gauge lights when driving at night. There is a rotary switch (rheostat type) next to the parking/headlamp switch that will turn them on. However, when they are on there is a buzzing. Is this normal? This is very annoying and proves to be unsafe reaching over to turn on and off while driving.

Second, several of the dual pane window seals are creeping up into the central area of the glass restricting vision. This is horrible and I would never recommend buying these windows. Any clue who the manufacturer is? I would love to tell them what a terrible product they have out there. This also makes for unsafe driving as it obstructs vision. Unbelievable!
Thank you for your help.
Regards
Larry

i believe that atwood is the original mfg. per my experience and others on this forum, they are not much help.
do a search for double pane windows and you will find a wealth of info about fixing your problem window.
