Davis Tru Trac installation - which bolt?

I have just installed the trac bar on my 2008 Fleetwood Southwind on a W22. The problem is the instructions don't match the parts. The bracket that goes on the axle has two sets of bolt holes - instructions don't mention which holes to put the bar in. Best I can figure is the bar should be parallel to the ground so I used the bottom holes, my question is that right? I have attached a picture, can anyone help me on this?

That's a different looking mount than I had on my 2002 W22, but level sounds right to me. The bar will move up and down with the spring, so its not a big deal how it mounts as long as it moves freely and doesn't bump into something else in its travels.

Hopefully somebody with more recent experience will respond.

Thanks Gary, I've sent a note to Roadmaster asking but no reply yet.

I did hear back from Roadmaster and they confirmed the bottom bolt holes were the ones to use. They said they have introduced an in production change in the axle bracket which allows more flexibility in the configurations they use. The reference material is being updated. So item closed.
