Day Trips in the winter...

<span class="ev_code_PURPLE">How many other people like to use their MH in the winter (not for camping) ?? I am going to try to do 2 day trips a month this winter. 1) It will make the winter go by faster 2) It's good to run the engine and generator and 3) It's just fun

So far we've gone up to Frankenmuth for shopping and dinner and we've done a parade. I am looking for other ideas for the next few months.

I found a place about 90 minutes from us that has snow tubing and thought that would be a fun day trip in Jan. We could take the MH and let the kids each bring a friend and make a day of it.

There is also an RV show in Feb but I don't know about taking the MH in downtown Detroit. Some of those roads and tight.

We don't have enough time off from school for actual camping until the end of March...so I have to settle for day trips for now.</span>

What a great idea. I like to drive the coach once a month when I'm not on the road. So, instead of driving around the area, we can take day trips, too.
