I have a 2001 Pace Arrow. I am concerned with delamination,I have none yet, and am wondering if it a thing of the past.
I check caulking etc. often but am curious if the industry is still having issues with delamination.
Thanks

I know of 2 MH owners that have there 2005 and 2006 MH's at the factory for major delamination. From what I have seen its an early on thing because of glue failure, if it happen down the road it is probally water penatration.

My signature coach has delamination of the basement doors. Newmar keeps replacing the doors, but does not fix whatever the root cause is.
