We took delivery of our 2016 Phaeton 36GH a few weeks ago and immediately noticed a problem with the dinette/sleeper. When you lower the table to set up the bed, the surface is not flush. The dealer says they are waiting for a resolution from Tiffin as to why the cushions do not form a level sleeping surface. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm beginning to wonder if we got either the wrong seat bases or the wrong cushions.

You might put this in the Tiffin forum on this site.
Typically a brand specific question gets more responses in that forum, and you'll get the answers you're looking for.

We talked to Tiffin Motorhomes yesterday and they said to bring it in whenever it was convenient for us and they would fix our problem while we waited. No overnight necessary. I'll post how the experience went. Thanks for the input.

We bought a 2016 GH and were told that dinette doesnt make into a bed. We are fine with that as there is one in the L couch.

The 2016 Phaeton has 3 dinette configuratio s. The u-shaped dinette, which does not make a bed; the standard boothe dinette, which does make a bed; and the dinette with straight backed chairs.
