I read the first post....the OP stated..."We put a dog bed on it and the little critters could lay up there as we drove". This statement referred to his previous coach, most would reason that he intended to do it with his new coach.

This mentality that dogs having a view while driving is more important than the safety of the people in the coach or others on the road, is ludicrous! If some feel like there dogs are family, would they lay their spouse or kids, or better yet their grandkids, on the dash while driving.

We had a Thor ACE. 30.1 and had that dog window. I got a roll of Reflectix from Lowe’s and cut it to size for all the windows. It really helps keep the sun and heat out and it will keep the dogs from looking out.

For odd windows like that we use a piece of Reflectix as well, with the addition of a few suction cups. Staples sells suction cups with plastic 'thumb tacks' that go into the tail of the suction cups - they were designed for holding signs in store windows, but they work really well for holding Reflectix to glass.

How about we stick to the OP's question and stop lecturing others with your own beliefs.
Maybe the Democrats should of thought that and left Mitt Romney alone. Lol

Isn't it possible that both are dangerous?

Now, that's a good idea! I think I have enough Refletix left over from doing my other windows, but hadn't thought of using those suction things. Get 'em on Amazon??

This is what I used. Was enough to do quite a few windows.

Excellent, an elegant solution.

Live in NM and had a cat would ride on the dash. doesn't rain much but one day I had to turn on the wipers. Cat watched the wipers, patted the wind shield and fled the dash, never to perch there again.

I can only hope that your tires were properly inflated to the proper 4 corner weights, that you had the proper summer blend air in your tires, and that they are not over seven years and 3 months old.

If not, put yourself in time out for 32 minutes and ??????? Now I'm having a hard time coming up with another penitence.

Didn't say I was in an RV. And I will watch porn whenever my grownup adult posterior wants to. So there.

So much for humor.....

But this thread does me wonder about the comments that would have been made about carrying a Lab-Retriever Mix in a conestoga wagon behind a motorcycle.
