Domestic awning won't extend

Class a...main porch awning. Domestic elite pro. Awnigmis in closed position. My control box flashes alternating between on and wind speed. According to the hook this indicates a fault between wind gauge and control box. Well, disable wind sensor and the lights still flash and the awning still doesn't work. When I press the wall switch there is power getting to the motor.....motor tries to retract even more but no sound when I try to extend. If I move the awning it moves a bit but feels like it's locked in the closed position. Disassembled the walk switch and all wires attached. Factory said there is no way to manually extend the awning. Only other option ...I'm thinking .....is the ignition lock out., is there anyway to bypass the lockout plus any other ideas

Got it figured out. Switch the "to awning" plugs on the control box and see if it works. My one main awning circuit was dead but it worked on the entry awning circuit. Can switch leads on the wall toggle switches...or use multi meter...to make sure they are working. Mi e is faulty circuit board.

For us, we disabled the wind sensor (via the remote control) and it worked again. After searching the forum, it appears as though others have done this with success so the wind sensor remains off
