Dometic RM 1350 Fridge cooling question

The fridge seems to work correctly on both gas or electric. Here's my question, the temp on the eyebrow says the fridge is at 33 deg. but the thermometers in the fridge read 40 and freezer reads 3 deg. So what's the problem the thermistor, eyebrow board or where is the temp sensor because I think the temp should be a bit colder. accepting all suggestions and ideas.

Thanks,

Tom

Just something to check.........
On the right side of the refrigerator section, in the back should be a small white clip with a wire coming from it. That is the thermostat for the fridge. If you move it to the top of the fin it's clipped on, you may make it cooler in the fridge and the freezer also.

Like said in the opening, just something to check.

Since you are getting a good cold readings on the evaporator fins, but out from them in the food zone the temps are not as good, I would install a small add-on evaporator fan to circulate the food zone air through the colder fin temp to get the colder air from the evaporator fins circulating through out the interior from top to bottom. You should gain a lot more cold for your food using the fan to circulate air flow.

Already have the double fans that clip on the fins. also installed a additional fan on the top outside cover. If the fridge thinks it is at 33 deg. which is what the temp reading on the fridge says what senses the temp in the fridge for that reading. Is it the thermistor?

In actuality the temps you are getting are not far off from what they should be. Fridge should be 37 (really any temp from 37 -40 is fine) and freezer should be at 0 (3 Deg is not too bad).

Go by your thermometer and just keep an eye on it.
