I have an A&E window awning, and I am trying to get the exploded view showing the internal parts of an A&E Elite window awning, 12 feet wide one of whose return springs has apparently broken. Dometic tell me that they do not have an exploded view that shows those components and in that case it means that they do not make or offer that part. Unfortunately A&E was apparently purchased by Dometic, who appear to ruin every company they acquire (Like Fantastic Fan).
Does anybody know where I can get an exploded view showing the internal parts of that awning?

Go to EBay and ask for Dometic window awning parts, then scroll through what comes up. I bet they have what you are looking for, click on it and see if the attached pictures help.
