This has been one of the most interesting and informative article, and follow-up posts, that I have ever read on a forum. And I don't even own a Workhorse. Thanks for a job well done!

I ordered the Henderson and the Davis TruTrac a couple of days ago. Should have them soon. I have the MH in the shop now and have requested the Monroe(sp?) Magnums for the front end to control the the frontend motion. We will see what Workhorse says about that.

Str8Shooter,

I went out with the Koni's installed this morning. Very smooth and stable. A bit harsher than stock but very good rebound control. I'll have a much better idea by the time I get back from Arizona with the MH in 2 weeks...If I can get thru tornado alley and back in one piece (Auntie Em! Auntie Em!). I'll update then.

DriVer,
I too, took your advise and installed the Henderson bar. What a differance! It took away most of the annoying, rear end wiggle and made my coach much more fun and easy to drive. I took a long ride, over 165 miles down I-95 and found no blowing around by passing trucks, either. Worth every penny it cost, thanks for steering me to this outstanding product.
Best Regards!

Today I installed both the Davis Tru Trac and the Henderson bars. I ran out of time, and had other commitments, so I had to put off the test drive until tommorrow morning. I can hardly wait!

Received my slightly used (preowned) Henderson Supersteer trac bar and Davis Trutrac bar by Fedex yesterday. Both appeared to be in great shape and the price of $425 shipped was the kind of bargain I like to take advantage of whenever I can. Coach ('03 Southwind 36T) is still in the shop getting tweaked through our original ding list. Hope to get it back after Thanksgiving so I can get these installed.

If anyone out there is trading in a Workhorse for a DP, and has a SafeTplus on the front end, pull it before you trade it in and sell it to me.

Looks like the best solution for the wandering problem with the w22. Question is it appears the problem has been around for 3 or 4 years, why hasn't Workhorse addressed it by now??

I would like to make a quick comment on BKFMS question. I think you will find that all Coaches built on Workhorse chassis that have a wondering problem have a 11.5 feet or longer overhang ( distance from the center of the rear axle to the rear bumper) and the wheel base to coach length is at 50% or less ratio can exhibit this problem regardless of the chassis manufacturer.
I want to make it clear not all motor home or chassis that have this long rear overhang exhibit this problem. But if you check with people that have this problem, I bet the percentage will be high, that they have the long over hang and an out of whack length to wheelbase ratio. My own coach has an 11.5 foot overhang and the length to wheelbase ratio is at 51.5% and I had this wandering problem.

I had to reply. I had the bar put on my 39-2 w22 coach the day I bought it. Thanks for the experience I would have had if I had not put them on. I am even more totally thrilled with what I have. I feel mine drives with great ease at this time and needs nothing more. The coach is 36-2 but I have this long bicycle rack that parks include in the length when they check.
