Dumping in Malibu & Santa Monica, CA

Please share those unpublished and little known places to empty your tanks in Santa Monica and along that Pacific Coast Highway PCH between L.A. and Ventura, California. List hours, cost, contact, and instructions if known.
Thanks!

There's an App for that available on most smart phones.

https://www.allstays.com/apps/rvdumps.htm

You can also use Google to find dump stations close to a chosen location:

I use the dump station at Malibu Creek State Park in the Santa Monica Mountains. They charge for the use (I forgot how much), but recently they let me empty my tanks for free (I guess they've gotten to know me). I also fill my water tank there.

It is on Las Virgenes Road near Mulholland Highway near Calabasas.

Also known as Malibu Canyon Road when coming from PCH

In almost every place I've ever been the municipal sewage treatment plants will let you dump, usually for free, albeit normally only during normal business hours.

They also have potable water available.

That's been my experience also.
