Hi SATBOYZ,
On my unit, the furnace will only appear in zone 1. Zone 2 needs to be turned off for my furnace to work.

The Comfort Control is programed for each coaches configuration with dip switches in the units (some have two furnaces, some only one, some have AC Heat Pumps, some have just ACs and some have it all. I had a problem, and the solution after a new thermostat and many attempts to fix, ended up being wrongly set dip switches. There is a procedure for resetting/retraining the comfort center. A small prior stroke, prevents me from remembering the procedure. Call Dometic and ask them the reset/retrain procedure. I do remember that is involves pushing two buttons at the same time while turning on and off the thermostat. Hope this helps.

You may need to go to the factory default setting. Here is how you do that. (1) turn off the the center. (2) Hold down the top and bottom buttons. (3) While still holding down the buttons, with your other hand, turn the center back "ON". If you see "FF" on the screen, then the unit has been reset. Take you fingers off the buttons. Push the mode button and you should be good to go.
