I have two top a/c units with heat pumps and
a furnace, all controlled by a duo-therm control. The front a/c unit has stopped working and none of the functions
will operate. The mode indicator now does't
list a heat pump function. The setting for the
a/c, fan or furnace has no effect at all, is
completely inoperative. The rear unit operates
normal. Anyone had this experience? Any ideas. Thanks, Bussey

Go to: Owner's manuals, click on HVAC, then select your model heat pump. You will get a service manual in pdf format. Hopefully it will offer some insight into your issue.
Have you already tried resetting the control? If not, the service manual contains the procedure.

Bussey, once you get the service manual and begin to diagnose the problem be sure to check the data cable connections between the front and rear roof units. Also check all other connections as you may have just lost one to cause this problem. Keep us posted and let us know if you need any further assistance. Good luck.
