I wasn't a Damon fan. Early model years were plagued with issues, but I just bought a Damon due to features that other manufactures did not provide. Even though your problem is with a Damon, you could have a problem with any brand; the brand does not guarantee perfection. Now, how the issue is resolved is very important and is more indicative of the manufacturer's quality and integrity. I've had 4 coaches and none of them were without their problems.

Hi Cor! Thank you so much for getting back to us! I am very glad we were able to help find the problem. Now, as has been said, you need to get it fixed properly. It may just be that Damon didn't properly screw the back wall to the floor. Maybe it was cut wrong, but in any case it should be fixed so that, years from now, when the coach is long out of warranty, you won't be faced with an expensive repair
Keep us in the loop.

Chandler

Thanks Teddy, you are saying exactly what my husband is saying. It will be about the service more than the make and model. We do love it and that's what counts.

Tks again!!
