Dutch Star Wyndam, HELP plz!

This Motorhome was inherited from my Dad, who salvaged it, so it is a manufactured vehicle per the title, and I don't even have an accurate year of manufacture.

My biggest issue is that the parking brake is not disengaging somewhere, and I need to move it from where it is.

I am trying to get it down the hill it is on so that I can try to sell it, as it is not a luxury I can afford to hold on to at this time...can anyone tell me where on it I might find the original year and other info re: specs? I desperately need to find a manual or a place to look up specifics to get it road worthy quickly.

I am in the Greater Cincinnati area and am also looking for a good venue to list it, it needs some TLC but is a great motorhome.

Thank you in advance.

Not an enviable situation, for sure. If in the modifications all the decals have been removed from the interior or the dash board serial number obscured , the unit could be nearly impossible to sell due to re-registration issues.
If when you look through the lower drivers side corner of the windshield you can see the serial number through a rectangular 3/4" X 3" slot in the dash panel, post the first 12 numbers of the 17 you can see and maybe we can decipher the year and chassis info.
Can you provide any info , Gas engine or diesel , has the exterior been modified?
If the exterior is basically stock, maybe you could post a picture, and someone could help identify.
Info on posting photos , is in the " FAQ " drop box in the blue bar below your welcome message.
