My NY Motorhome EZ Pass is read as a car everywhere I have been. I would assume if you had a similar MH specific EZ Pass from another state that it would be read the same way. I think the pass itself has a special code that is registered when you go thru the toll booths or the EZ Pass lanes. In NY my statement says MHM for motorhome, but in other states it just says standard for toll type. The charge for a bridge or toll road has been the same as a car.

Florida's automatic toll by license plate number in Miami / Dade seems to give a "pass" if you have bicycles on your rear rack.

We have 2 EZPasses, one for just the bus and one for the toad 4 down. Once we forgot to change the pass and got a bill for the NJ TYPK or the additional funds for the toad. As it turns out we went through 4 other toll with same pass with no action from EZPass.

When we went over the GWB two years ago coming back from VA, I was *shocked* at the cost of the toll. If I recall correctly (I have the receipt in the motorhome) it was nearly $60.00

Here's a link to the toll rates Tolls - Bridges & Tunnels - The Port Authority of NY & NJ

Different prices for day vs night, EZPass vs no EZPass. The highest rates are for paying cash.

We are a 2 axle gasser, and tow our car on a two axle car trailer. From the chart:

Trucks or towing combinations: Class 4 (not sure what that is), 4 axles:

EZPass off peak: $44.00
EZPass Peak: $48.00
EZPass Trucks Weekday, Overnight: $38.00
Cash Toll All Hours: $60.00
