Need a little help here.I'm look to buy a module for my 2002 Fleetwood Expedition.I have a few questions, which module is best for my DP? The second question is, on the gauge install can I plug and play, or do I have to dill and tap, and splice wires.

I think we may need a little more information. What chassis are you on and what engine is in it?

My bad.It has a 2002 ISB 300 and a 3000MH tranny.The chassis is Freightliner, any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

If you go with the analog boost gauge you will need to drill and tap the manifold and insert the boost probe in the manifold. I ran an Edge EZ on a Dodge Ram that I had, and used a boost gauge. I liked the Edge, but if you run ANY type of fueling box you need to have a boost and an exhaust temp gauge (EGT). If anything critical is going to happen with your engine, those 2 gauges will let you know before something bad happens. There are company's out there that make a dual boost/egt gauge in one pod. Just make sure that the box you put on is specifically made for your engine model, as they are specific for each engine software program.

Thanks Sarge,
I new about drilling and taping the EGT probe (Pre turbo?)but not about the boost probe.Were do you drill for the boost probe? Is the Edge EZ the only fueling box for motorhomes?

The boost probe goes into the intake manifold Some of the guys use a hollow bolt to replace a manifold bolt and thread the probe into that.
Edge is the most popular box out there as well as Banks. Banks is super expensive though, even though they claim some other benefits with their system. Other than those two, I haven't seen too many other after market suppliers that make a box for the motorhome platform.
Stay away from a few of the smaller vendors that claim that their box is "universal" or fits a variety of applications. Each box has to be specifically tuned to work with your veh software program. Anything else is a reciepe for disaster.
