Tuscany xte. Half of light bulbs on control panel next to passenger seat are not illuminated. Switches do function. Any advice before I take off panel and check for malfunction.

Check for a bad fuse before doing anything more drastic.

If you checked the fuses, did you check ALL of them? Sometimes there are a few different fuse panels. My rig has 5 of them that I've found so far. There should be one in the engine compartment and one under the dash that are the most likely.

Are you sure it's multiple light bulbs or just one bulb that backlights multiple switches? It could be just a loose wire or ground. If you remove the panel or access the back of it, check for power, it could save a bunch of time testing fuses.
