Electrical problem
My 12v system is down. It runs on genny and shore line. I have a new boondocker converter also battery solenoid , I have went through the ground wires and cleaned them up. Could it be the circuit breaker

If the MH runs thru the the jenny and shore line, check the battery solenoid. Your converter is working, doing what It should do with the battery off.
The solenoid may be bad and not passing the battery current thru.
You could look for a large amp, battery fuse, or circuit breaker open.

My battery disconnect relay has two wires controlling it. Each wire is fused at 5A I think. The dang fuses blow whenever they want to. I have given up and carry a bunch of fuses. Replacing the manual switch helped but has not cured the problem.
Find your disconnect relay and check the fuses.

Already done the fuse checks and replaced battery solenoid. Any other guesses

I would put in 7.5 or 10 amp fuses.
The main reason for a fuse is "high current" protection, like from a short.
5amp seems pretty low for a relay which also has inductive kick-back.
If there is still a problem with the higher rated fuse, then I would start troubleshooting.

Test voltage at battery connections with converter on and then off.
Check voltage at converter with power on and off.
No rise when on at battery, find the point where it stops.

Something is wrong with thus thread think.
A converter changes 120v downn to 12v.
A inverter chsnges 12v up to 120v.
So iv the OP reslly means "converter", then having 12v with genny or shore power means it is working.
Does the OP really mewn Inverter???

Hum, Leave a light or two turned on before you turn off all AC power to the rig. If I understand you correctly the lights have no power at this point. Measure from the relay’s guzzinta wire to the guzzouta wire. The two big heavy wires. There should be no DC voltage. If there is DC voltage (like 12VDC) then the solenoid is in the disconnect state. Here is one of several disconnect relays PPL has.

The picture shows battery in and out on the left & right sides. The two connections on top are for the controlling wires. My rig has inline fuses just before the wires connect to the control posts. The fuses are not on the fuse panel.

Converter normally provides 12 volt when on shore/generator power, also charges battery.. Converter gets its power from a circuity breaker on your main circuit breaker panel (may be your only panel).
Battery is charged via the disconnect solenoid,, it then provides 12 volt power via same path when shore/generator power is not around.
Possible issues are disconnect,, Fuses in/on converter. fuse panel, bad connections, broken or defective wires (Had that myself) and more.
Suggestion is a 12 volt test light, this is a device shaped like an ice pick with a 12 volt bulb in the handle and a wire with clip
Start at the batteries.. BRIGHT LIGHT is good, dim means batteries need charging.> Then move out along the poisitive wire.
Clip the clip on any unpainted part, check ground by applying point to last known good spot.. Bright light = good.. Dark means you found the problem. (it is between Bright and Dark)

A favorite line of mine is "Many RVers have a few screws loose" and I've also been recently reminded there are a few loose nuts about as well.. (Same kind) Glad you found your loose screw.
(Yes, that's the kind I am talking about).
