Emergency Assistance travel insurance

I just received an interesting offer from the American Legion for EA Insurance.
It covers you if your are traveling for getting to hospitals and getting your rig home if you are ill and transported to the hospital and to your home hospital. It cost 144.00 per year for both of us. We are taking a long trip this summer and will be out of the U.S for about 3 months, (Canada).

Has anyone taken this out? This one is from Worldwide Rescue and Security.
888-310-1547, I plan on calling for some clarifications.

Safe travels.

Join FMCA the emergency evacuation is included in your yearly dues but I think it's only valid in the US.

I have only heard of 2 people did actually the used it as a service.
The 1st with some national company that I don't recall the name of and they said that there were a lot of hoops they had to jump through to get everything worked out.
The 2nd was an FMCA member that got her husband flown home for heart surgery. Semmed to work out much better in this case.
