EMS help

I have an Intellitec Model 700 EMS. Yesterday the rear air conditioner stopped working. Discovered no AC power to unit. All lights on EMS panel lit. Green light on EMS control board lit. Only discrepancy I can find is that power from 20 amp breaker TO EMS relay is present, but only 2 volts FROM relay to unit. I shut off AC and DC power for 10 minutes. Upon re-energizing, EMS display lit up in 1 sec. intervals as usual and audible click heard on all relays. Still no power to air conditioner. (30 amp or GENSET power applied.) Took hot wire from output side of EMS relay and attached it to 20 amp breaker. Air conditioner works! I suspect the relay or entire control need replaced.

1. Will continued operation with one EMS relay bypassed cause any lasting damage to rest of control board? (We can self-regulate power usage.)
2. Are individual Intellitec relays replaceable?
3. Any other thoughts?

It's Saturday (Intellitec closed) and 104 in Indianapolis!

The only problem I can see is if both ACs try to start at exactly the same time the ACs might draw too much current and blow a breaker. I don't think that would be good for the ACs but don't know if it would damage them.

I had the same situation in my '07 Endeavor. I replaced the hardwired relay but it did not resolve the problem. There probably is a circuit that energizes the relay that has failed. My failure was for the front AC, so I bypassed the relay as you did. You could probably check with Intellitec about a new circuit board.
