The mat that "clips" onto our electric entry step has the name Sand Away on it. I would like to buy a new one but can't find that name brand anywhere. Anyone know where I can buy that product? Thanks

Kix,

The only ones I know of are made by Presto Fit. Camping World, et all have them.

If you do find the 'Sand Away' version let us know where you found it.

We added the carpet type that attach using springs. They've been on their a few years and give us additional 'foot wiping' ability.

We're on the second outdoor carpet spring-secured tread cover like SpursMVP describes. Bought both sets at an RV dealer somewhere along the way. I don't recall any brand names...

The Sand Away step cover is a semi-rigid plastic base with astro turf available in various colors. It sort of clips over the step and then is secured with springs on the underside. There is plastic on both the front and rear edges. On the front edge the name Sand Away is printed on the plastic edge.
Thanks for all the suggestions but I'm really hoping to find the Sand Away again.

Kix, you may be faced with an obsolete product. But I found the following reference to Eagle Point Trading Co. You could give them a call.

Kix, Please give us an update if you find "Sand Away". I also have that one and was going to replace it in the spring but had no idea they would be hard to find.
Thanks, Dave

Dairybar..........I've only found 2 so far......they're both blue which is not one of my acceptable colors. They may still be at Holiday on Wheels in Panama City, FL. You can probably get the number via Google. good luck
